Job Title: Training and Development SpecialistLocation: Bronx, New YorkJob Type: Full time/ direct hireSummary:Training Specialist – SAP & Enterprise SystemsJob SummaryThe Training Specialist will provide SAP and enterprise systems training and consulting support to independent store owners and business users across a multi-location cooperative network. This role focuses on translating complex system functionality into clear, practical business workflows that improve system adoption, process consistency, and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging instructor-led and virtual training on SAP and other internal enterprise systems.Translate complex SAP processes and technical concepts into simple, business-focused workflows for non-technical users.Partner with store owners, leadership, and cross-functional teams to identify training needs, operational challenges, and system adoption gaps.Develop and deliver training programs that support onboarding, system adoption, process consistency, and ongoing user enablement.Analyze user challenges and provide targeted training and support to improve system utilization and business outcomes.Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users, ensuring training aligns with operational goals and technology initiatives.Create, maintain, and update training materials, guides, presentations, and other learning resources.Support continuous improvement by gathering user feedback and recommending enhancements to training programs and system processes.Use tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and other business applications to manage training content, communication, and user engagement.Provide ongoing coaching and support to users to reinforce learning and improve adoption of enterprise tools and standard operating procedures.QualificationsExperience delivering training on SAP or other enterprise business systems.Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand workflows.Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.Experience working with diverse business users, preferably across multiple locations or business units.Comfortable delivering both in-person and virtual training.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, and other training/collaboration technologies.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify user challenges and recommend practical solutions.Experience in retail, grocery, store operations, or a cooperative environment is a plus.Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum annual salary for this position is $70,000 with full benefits.
