Training Specialist

Our client is looking for a Financial Services Systems Trainer to improve how approximately 500 financial advisers use four core business systems. You will deliver practical training, coach users and act as a trusted point of contact as the organisation modernises its technology estate. The initial focus will be its mortgage platform, followed by the Dynamic Planner financial planning tool.ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging systems training to financial advisers and other users across the organisation.Design training materials, user guides and practical sessions for new system functionality and processes.Coach users with different levels of technical confidence, adapting your approach to suit each audience.Build a detailed understanding of the four core systems and how they support different teams.Act as a key contact for system questions, resolving straightforward issues and coordinating more complex problems.Support the adoption of changes to the mortgage platform and Dynamic Planner.Gather user feedback and identify recurring knowledge gaps, process issues and further training needs.Work across departments to ensure training reflects how systems are used in practice.Review and compare data between systems using Excel, identifying inconsistencies and supporting accurate migration.Develop experience of more automated data transfers as the organisation moves towards API and EDI-based processes.
