Apply & track with Apply EdgeJob description: Training & Knowledge SpecialistDescription of tasksTraining & ComplianceAssess training needs and research available learning resources.Develop training materials and deliver effective training sessions.Plan and facilitate training sessions to ensure timely and effective learning delivery.Track participation, progress and completion across Training and Learning initiatives by coordinating with relevant stakeholders, engaging with participants, and maintaining accurate training records and reports.Maintain regular communication with the Consortium employers to identify, coordinate and respond to training needs and requests across the Consortium.· Coordinate and monitor Consortium-wide training programmes, ensuring timely planning, communication, implementation and follow-up of initiatives (ITIL, Lean Six Sigma and AI Literacy).· Act as a coordination point for Consortium training initiatives, ensuring alignment between employer requirements, training providers and service needs.· Support the continuous improvement of training programmes by collecting feedback, monitoring outcomes and identifying opportunities for improvement.· Coordinate the creation and distribution of the newsletter, gathering relevant updates and content from stakeholders and ensuring timely and engaging communication of different initiatives.Promote knowledge sharing by facilitating communication and supporting internal learning communities.Ensure compliance with the organization's Knowledge Management Strategy, Communication, Training and Learning policies, and data security regulations.Document CreationDevelop and maintain technical and non-technical knowledge assets, based on request.Work closely with different stakeholders to enhance documentation by collecting information from various sources (e.g., emails, Teams, meetings) and capturing best practices, process workflows, lessons learned, and project guidelines.Tailor content for different audiences, ensuring clarity and consistency.Document MaintenanceEnsure proper categorization, accessibility, and usability of knowledge assets across SharePoint Online.· Organize, update, and publish content using tools like SharePoint, ServiceNow, Confluence.· Perform content reviews and updates to maintain accuracy, relevance, and alignment with current practices.· Monitor and execute the implementation of small-scale documentation projects.· Review and refine documentation to eliminate gaps, redundancies, and inconsistencies, by applying content standards, including formatting, terminology, and branding, to ensure consistency across all materials.Knowledge and skillsBachelor's or master's degree in an appropriate field (Knowledge Management, Communication Studies, Business Administration, or a related field).Minimum 2 years of experience in a Training / Knowledge / Document Specialist role.Strong expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel), in SharePoint online, Confluence, and/or ServiceNow.Experience with preparing training material and providing training.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French, with the ability to facilitate training and workshops.Organized, quick learner, agile, and autonomous.Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and departments.Represent an advantage:Previous experience within a European environment.ITIL V3 / V4 certification.
