Training Specialist

WE'RE HIRING: TRAINER – BANKING & FINANCIAL SERVICES We are looking for a motivated Trainer to prepare and develop employees in a dynamic BPO environment, with a preference for candidates who have experience supporting banking or financial services clients.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver onboarding, product, process, and customer service training.Facilitate engaging training sessions and practical learning activities.Evaluate trainees' knowledge, readiness, and performance.Ensure adherence to client procedures, quality standards, and compliance requirements.Identify knowledge gaps and coordinate coaching and refresher sessions.Partner with Operations and Quality teams to drive employee performance.RequirementsPrevious experience as a Trainer in a BPO or call center environment.Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.Strong coaching, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to assess performance and adapt training methods to different learning styles.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting banking, credit cards, loans, payments, or financial services accounts.Knowledge of financial services processes, compliance, and customer data protection.Experience training employees on complex products or regulated processes.
