Based in Berlin and Frankfurt, the firm operates at the intersection of finance and cutting-edge technology.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Transaction Monitoring Analyst, based in Berlin. The Transaction Monitoring Analyst will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing crypto and fiat transactions to identify unusual or suspicious activity. The role will involve conducting transaction monitoring reviews, performing on-chain AML checks, documenting investigation findings, and supporting escalation processes in line with applicable regulatory requirements. Additionally, the analyst will contribute to the improvement of monitoring processes, controls, and systems, while supporting the team with compliance reporting and internal reviews.QualificationsBackground in Finance, Compliance, or familiarity with the Finance industry and economyKnowledge and experience in AML, Transaction Monitoring, or Regulatory ComplianceBachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferredGood analytical skills and strong attention to detailExcellent communication skills in both written and spoken formsAbility to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environmentExperience in cryptocurrency, blockchain analytics, or digital assets is a plusFluency in English is required; German language skills are advantageous
