Transfer Agency Associate

A leading global alternative investment specialist is hiring a Transfer Agency Associate to join its Shareholder Services team in Dublin on a 12-month fixed-term contract.This is a hands-on, client-facing role with real ownership over the onboarding process for institutional and private equity investors - working closely with internal teams across multiple international offices from day one.WHY THIS ROLE STANDS OUT 🟣 Join the Shareholder Services team at a global alternatives manager 🔵 Direct exposure to a diverse, sophisticated client base - institutional investors, pension funds, HNWIs and family offices 🟣 Full induction plus compulsory AML/KYC and ongoing role-specific training provided in-house 🔵 Work across a private equity platform representing over EUR 37bn in AUM 🟣 Genuine end-to-end involvement in the client lifecycle, from initial set-up to ongoing servicingTHE ROLE 🟣 Act as primary contact for investors, building relationships to support key interactions 🔵 Manage client onboarding and perform quality checks throughout the process 🟣 Review FATCA/CRS documentation and ensure adherence to policies and procedures 🔵 Own relationship management with clients, General Partners and internal/external stakeholders 🟣 Pre-empt and resolve service issues end-to-end, ensuring timely client communication 🔵 Coordinate with business partners across multiple international offices to hit internal KPIsCANDIDATE PROFILE 🟣 Bachelor's degree completed 🔵 Previous experience in Transfer Agency or Investor Services within the funds industry 🟣 AML experience beneficial but not essential 🔵 Strong analytical, organisational and multitasking skills 🟣 Excellent written and verbal communicator with sharp attention to detail 🔵 Solutions-focused mindset, able to handle increasingly complex issues
