This role will involve providing strategic guidance to local and multinational clients on transfer pricing matters, particularly complex financial transactions, while ensuring compliance with Saudi Arabia's tax regulations and global standards. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and directing high-quality services, managing key client relationships, and driving the growth and development of the team and practice.Key Responsibilities:Transfer Pricing Compliance & AdvisoryOversee and provide strategic advisory services on transfer pricing matters in line with Saudi Arabian regulations and international frameworks (e.g., OECD guidelines).Lead the development of transfer pricing policies and documentation, including local files, master files, and benchmarking analyses for financial transactions, such as intercompany loans, guarantees, and cash pooling.Represent clients during audits, resolving complex transfer pricing disputes with tax authorities.Financial Transactions ExpertiseLead strategic planning related to the pricing of intercompany financial arrangements, including funding structures, treasury functions, guarantees, and other financial instruments.Align global standards with Saudi Arabian regulatory frameworks, ensuring compliance with arm's-length principles through sophisticated benchmarking analyses.Client & Practice ManagementManage and take ownership of multiple high-profile engagements, ensuring the successful delivery of projects within agreed timelines and budgets.Build and grow long-term relationships with clients, establishing trust and providing tailored transfer pricing strategies to address their specific needs.Contribute to the expansion of the transfer pricing practice by identifying new business opportunities and managing key relationships.Leadership & Team DevelopmentProvide thought leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering professional growth, technical excellence, and leadership capabilities.Drive collaboration on cross-border and multidisciplinary projects, leveraging the collective expertise of regional and global teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions.Knowledge DevelopmentStay at the forefront of global and local developments in transfer pricing regulations and their implications for financial transactions.Drive the adoption of best practices and innovation across the transfer pricing team.Qualifications and Experience:Education:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field. A postgraduate qualification or certification (e.g., CFA, ACCA, ACA, or CPA) is required.Experience:Minimum 12–15 years of transfer pricing experience, including significant expertise in financial transactions and strategic advisory.Strong exposure to GCC-specific tax and regulatory frameworks is highly advantageous.Technical Skills:Deep knowledge of OECD guidelines, BEPS actions, and Saudi tax regulations.Advanced expertise in structuring and pricing intercompany financial arrangements.Proficiency in conducting complex benchmarking analyses using professional tools.Soft Skills:Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Proven ability to oversee large teams, manage strategic priorities, and deliver results under deadlines.High-level analytical and project management capabilities.Why Join Us?
