Apply & track with Apply EdgeAbout the RoleThe Tax Point is a specialist transfer pricing and international tax advisory firm supporting multinational groups across the GCC and internationally. As our practice continues to grow, we are looking for a strong Transfer Pricing Senior Consultant / Assistant Manager to join our Dubai team and contribute to the delivery of complex, multi-workstream transfer pricing engagements.This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strong technical foundations with excellent execution skills and is comfortable taking ownership of defined workstreams within larger engagements.Key ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of defined transfer pricing workstreams from planning through delivery, with appropriate senior team members oversight.Perform functional, industry and economic analyses and translate findings into clear technical conclusions.Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation, benchmarking analyses, policies, transaction analyses and advisory deliverables.Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement and proactively identify and escalate issues rather than waiting for direction.Participate actively in client interviews and stakeholder meetings, including preparation of interview materials, meeting notes and follow-up actions.Analyse existing client documentation, identify technical or implementation gaps and formulate practical recommendations.Manage information requests, project trackers and assigned deliverables against agreed timelines.Prepare high-quality first drafts requiring limited rework by senior reviewers.Coordinate with junior team members and review their work where appropriate.Maintain strong working relationships with clients and team members and communicate proactively on progress, issues and dependencies.Contribute to technical publications and selected business-development initiatives.What we're looking for4–6 years of focused transfer pricing experience, preferably within a Big Four or established professional-services environment.Strong practical knowledge of OECD transfer pricing principles and experience across documentation, benchmarking and advisory assignments.Demonstrated ability to independently execute substantial parts of a transfer pricing engagement.Excellent analytical and drafting skills, with a track record of producing technically sound, client-ready work.Strong project-management and organisational skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Confidence participating in client interviews and dealing directly with client stakeholders.Strong attention to detail and a high degree of ownership and accountability.Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage.Relevant professional qualification (CA, ACCA, ACA, CPA, ADIT or equivalent) is advantageous.What We OfferYou will work directly with the firm's senior leadership and have meaningful responsibility across complex regional and international transfer pricing engagements.
