Transformation Director

We're partnering with a leading financial institution to appoint a Senior Transformation Manager to lead a portfolio of strategic business transformation initiatives across a large, complex banking environment.This is a high-profile opportunity for an experienced transformation professional who thrives on delivering enterprise-wide change, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving strategic initiatives from concept through to execution.Key ResponsibilitiesLead a portfolio of strategic transformation programmes, ensuring successful delivery against business objectives.Partner with executive stakeholders to shape, prioritise and execute the transformation roadmap.Establish strong programme governance, reporting, risk management and delivery oversight.Manage multiple concurrent initiatives, balancing priorities, dependencies, resources and timelines.Facilitate senior governance forums and steering committees, providing clear insight into programme progress, risks and key decisions.Translate business requirements and strategic objectives into practical, executable delivery plans.Drive effective change management and stakeholder engagement to support successful adoption across the organisation.Build strong relationships across business and technology teams, ensuring collaboration and alignment throughout programme delivery.Promote best practice programme and change management methodologies across the wider business.About You10+ years' experience delivering large-scale transformation or strategic change programmes within banking or financial services.Strong experience managing enterprise-wide portfolios involving multiple business functions and senior stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to influence executive leadership and successfully navigate complex organisational environments.Proven track record delivering large-scale change initiatives from strategy through implementation.Strong knowledge of programme governance, business analysis, project delivery and change management frameworks.Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate qualifications are highly regarded.
