Transformation Director

🚀 We're Hiring: AI Transformation Director | Dubai, UAE📍 Location: Dubai, UAEAre you passionate about shaping enterprise-wide AI strategy and driving digital transformation at scale?We are looking for an experienced AI Transformation Director to lead the development and execution of a group-wide AI strategy across multiple business entities. This is a strategic leadership role focused on transforming business operations through AI, data, and intelligent automation.Key Responsibilities:✅ Develop and execute the organization's AI strategy and transformation roadmap.✅ Identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact AI use cases across multiple business units.✅ Lead decisions on Build vs. Buy vs. Partner approaches for AI solutions.✅ Build and lead a high-performing AI team, including Data Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, MLOps Engineers, AI Analysts, and Automation Specialists.✅ Establish a scalable enterprise data foundation to support AI initiatives.✅ Manage AI vendors, technology partnerships, and governance across the organization.✅ Present AI strategy, investment plans, and business outcomes to executive leadership.Requirements:✔ 10+ years of technology leadership experience, including 3–5 years in AI, Data Strategy, or Digital Transformation.✔ Proven experience building or scaling enterprise AI capabilities from the ground up.✔ Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Data Platforms, MLOps, and Enterprise Architecture.✔ Experience evaluating enterprise technology investments using Build vs. Buy vs. Partner frameworks.✔ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (Master's or MBA is an advantage).✔ Previous experience within large enterprise, group, government, or semi-government environments is highly desirable.
