Reports to the Transformation Office; sits in the domain leadership team.Key ResponsibilitiesChair the domain scrum of scrums and represent the domain in the cross-domain forum, driving blockers and actions to closureOversee domain prioritization — challenge new demand, arbitrate trade-offs, keep the backlog ranked on value and capacityProvide end-to-end QBR support: data pack, narrative, prioritization case, capacity plan and dependency mapEnsure adherence to QBR outcomes — translate decisions into roadmap, OKRs and squad backlogs and track them through the quarterTrack delivery of the domain's strategic projects against the committed roadmap — milestones, dependencies, spend and benefitsReport delivery drift early, with root cause, impact on QBR commitments and a recovery planOrchestrate cross-domain collaboration on shared platforms, data, sequencing and shared squadsEnforce Transformation Office governance and reporting standards as the single source of truthEscalate unresolved conflicts, capacity shortfalls and slippageRequirementsExperience10+ years in transformation delivery, strategic project or portfolio management, or agile-at-scale program leadershipTrack record of running governance cadences — scrum of scrums, quarterly planning — across multiple squadsExperience preparing and presenting quarterly business reviews to executive forumsProven ability to resolve cross-functional dependencies and challenge senior stakeholdersKnowledgeEnterprise transformation operating model and the domain delivery modelAgile-at-scale governance, scrum of scrums, QBR, and roadmapsStrategic project and portfolio tracking — milestones, spend, benefitsDelivery metrics and tooling — Jira / Azure DevOps, throughput, burn-upEducation & CertificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in business, engineering, information technology or a related fieldAgile-at-scale certification preferred — SAFe (RTE / SPC), agile coaching, PMP / PgMPBenefitsWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation based on experience and qualificationsOpportunity to work on enterprise-scale technology and digital transformation projectsExposure to AI, data, and emerging technology environmentsProfessional growth and learning opportunitiesCollaborative and technically driven work environmentOpportunity to work with experienced technology and consulting professionalsDisclaimerThis job description is intended to convey information essential to understanding the scope of the role and is not exhaustive of all responsibilities, skills, or qualifications required.
