Transformation Manager

About the RoleOur client is looking for a Chartered Accountant to join the CFO's office in a Finance Transformation & Process Excellence role.This is a high-visibility position for someone who thrives at the intersection of finance, technology and process driving ERP transformation, automation and digitalisation across the Accounts & Finance function while strengthening controls and compliance.You will work directly with the CFO and senior leadership to reimagine how finance operates: standardising processes, implementing systems, and embedding a culture of efficiency, control and continuous improvement across the group.Key Responsibilities• Lead ERP implementation and enhancement projects (SAP and allied systems) across the finance function from requirement definition through design, testing, rollout and post-go-live stabilisation.• Drive finance transformation and digitalisation initiatives, identifying automation opportunities and deploying tools that reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.• Optimise end-to-end finance processes across accounting, reporting, P2P, O2C and R2R, re-engineering workflows for efficiency and scalability.• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process documentation and control frameworks across Accounts & Finance.• Strengthen internal controls, compliance and governance, embedding robust checks into every process and system.• Partner with the CFO and senior leadership to translate strategic priorities into operational finance improvements, and present progress and recommendations to leadership.• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, business and finance teams to ensure successful, adopted transformation outcomes.• Track KPIs and benefits realisation across transformation initiatives, ensuring measurable impact.Mandatory Requirements• Chartered Accountant (CA) : cleared all papers/levels in the FIRST ATTEMPT.• 6–8 years of relevant experience in Finance Transformation, Digitalisation, Process Excellence, ERP Implementation, or the CFO's office.• Strong hands-on exposure to Accounts & Finance operations.• Demonstrable experience in SAP implementation, ERP transformation, or finance automation projects.• Proven experience working closely with CFOs and senior leadership.Preferred• Exposure to Real Estate, Construction, EPC or Manufacturing sectors.• Six Sigma / Lean / process-excellence certification.• Experience with RPA, OCR, workflow tools or finance analytics (Power BI).
