Apply & track with Apply EdgeWe are looking for an experienced Transformation Office Governance Lead to support enterprise transformation and delivery governance within a leading banking environment.Key requirements:
- 10+ years of overall experience, including 4+ years in banking
- Strong background in transformation, portfolio/project management or agile-at-scale delivery
- Experience managing governance cadences, QBRs, Scrum of Scrums and strategic roadmaps
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to challenge senior stakeholders
- Experience managing cross-functional dependencies, priorities, risks and delivery performance
- Arabic & English bilingual
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field
