Strategic and Organizational Management Translate the transformation agenda into structured workplans, milestones, change-readiness activities, adoption measures, and reporting routines aligned with PMTO and Executive Affairs priorities. Support the VP, Project & Transformation Management Office in defining the transformation oversight model, including governance forums, reporting cadence, escalation channels, and readiness checkpoints. Partner with initiative owners and functional leads to identify transformation priorities, critical dependencies, stakeholder impacts, capacity constraints, and adoption risks that may affect delivery outcomes. Contribute to functional planning, resource forecasting, and budget inputs for transformation oversight, change enablement, and related advisory or implementation support. Promote a transformation culture focused on ownership, adoption, measurable benefits, stakeholder engagement, and sustained behavioural change. Operations Management Transformation Planning and Mobilisation Support the mobilisation of strategic transformation initiatives by clarifying objectives, scope, intended benefits, stakeholder impacts, change requirements, milestones, and readiness criteria. Review transformation plans for completeness and identify gaps in ownership, sequencing, stakeholder engagement, benefits logic, or readiness planning. Support the preparation of transformation governance forums by consolidating materials, decisions required, progress updates, and escalation items. Maintain transformation trackers that provide visibility on milestones, adoption activities, dependencies, risks, and open decisions. Change Readiness and Adoption Monitoring Lead the monitoring of change impact assessments, stakeholder readiness, training completion, communication activities, adoption risks, and resistance themes across transformation initiatives. Coordinate with Human Capital, Communications & Awareness, Technology & Digital, Operations, and relevant functions to align transformation messages, readiness activities, and implementation support. Identify adoption risks, stakeholder concerns, behavioural barriers, process impacts, and capability gaps that may prevent transformation outcomes from being sustained. Track transformation benefits and outcome indicators in coordination with Strategy & Growth, Finance, PMTO colleagues, and relevant initiative owners. Provide insight-led analysis on transformation performance, highlighting areas of slippage, weak adoption, dependency risks, decision delays, or benefits underperformance. Support post-implementation reviews to validate outcomes, capture lessons learned, and identify improvement actions for future transformation initiatives.
