Job ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver complex, cross-functional programmes and transformation initiatives.Translate business strategy into clear project plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.Manage programme timelines, risks, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.Drive collaboration and alignment across business, operations, technology, and other key teams.Ensure projects are delivered within governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks.Track business benefits, user adoption, and overall programme success.Provide regular updates to senior management and support key decision-making processes.Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery methodologies and best practices.Job Requirements10+ years of project or programme management experience, preferably within regulated industries.Proven track record of delivering large-scale business transformation or change initiatives.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.Commercially minded with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with changing priorities and ambiguity.Experience managing multiple workstreams, risks, and dependencies simultaneously.Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or equivalent are advantageous.Experience in customer-focused, operational transformation, regulatory, or strategic business initiatives is highly desirable.
