Transformation PMO / Change Consultant | UAE | Immediate Start

Location: UAE, full time on-siteWe're partnering with a leading consultancy supporting a major public-sector transformation programme in the UAE, and we're looking for 2 hands-on transformation consultants to help bring a new operating model to life.This is a delivery role for someone who enjoys being in the middle of the action.

You'll move between PMO, change management, communications, workshops and training to make sure the new organisation runs well and people adopt it.What you'll be doingRunning PMO and governance: programme plans, weekly status reports, steering committee packsTracking and escalating risks, issues, actions and decisionsCoordinating and engaging senior stakeholders across multiple departmentsWriting change communications: announcements, FAQs, leadership talking pointsDesigning and facilitating workshopsDeveloping training programmes and materials for different audiencesSupporting overall programme delivery across several workstreamsWhat we're looking forExperience in transformation, change management, PMO or programme deliveryHands-on experience supporting the rollout of a new operating model, restructuring or major change programme (not only the design)Excellent PowerPoint skills; you'll be producing senior-level materialsConfidence managing and influencing stakeholdersComfortable juggling multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environmentNice to haveConsulting background (Big 4 or similar)UAE / GCC public-sector experienceArabic language skillsChange or programme certifications (e.g. Prosci, PMP, MSP, PRINCE2)If you are a good fit and are interested in the role, hit the APPLY button!
