Quality, reliability, and commitment are at the core of every project, creating an environment where team members contribute directly to client growth and satisfaction.Role Description The Transformation PMO Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah, responsible for leading and overseeing strategic change initiatives across the agency. This role manages the project portfolio, aligning programs and projects with business objectives and ensuring consistent delivery standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting PMO governance frameworks, coordinating cross-functional project teams, tracking progress and performance, and optimizing resource allocation. The Transformation PMO Manager will analyze and improve business processes, identify risks and dependencies, and provide regular status reports and insights to senior leadership. The role also involves coaching project managers, standardizing methodologies, and driving continuous improvement in project execution and transformation outcomes.Qualifications:7–10 years in transformation offices or enterprise PMO; advanced planning, risk, dependencies, KPI and executive reporting skills; PMP, PgMP or equivalent preferred.Candidates should possess Business Process Improvement capabilities to analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement practical, measurable enhancements.Candidates should possess Project Portfolio Management expertise to prioritize projects, balance demand with capacity, and align initiatives with strategic goals.Candidates should possess Resource Management skills to effectively allocate and optimize people, budgets, and tools across concurrent projects.Experience in establishing or operating a PMO in a consulting, agency, or fast-paced business environment is highly beneficial.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities, with clear communication and reporting skills.Bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering, or a related field; a relevant master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, Lean, Six Sigma) are an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Jeddah and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and senior leadership.
