Transition Leader - CMT

Experience in working for leading international BPO mandatory. Transitions experience must (minimum 7-8 years) with preference to working in CMT domain.Project Management Certification preferredExposure to GCC set-up added advantage15-17 years + (Relevant BPO), preference in CMTdetailed transition plans and ensure successful execution as per the timelinesManage multiple transitions at the same timeHaving exposure in setting up a GCC would be an added advantage.Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders as a team to deliver objectivesAct as a Transitions Subject Matter Expert (SME) while designing client solutions and process re-engineering exercisesStrong analytical skills, good judgment, tact, flexibility, organization and planning skillsAbility to work in high paced, challenging environmentProficiency in setting and meeting realistic deadlines to achieve desired/meaningful outcomesHigh attention to detailWillingness to travel frequently (both within India and abroad)Strong in MS Project, Visio, MS-Excel, MS-OfficeStrong Project and process management experience at managerial level in Outsourcing environmentExperience with process improvement methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma) desirable
