Trilingual Translation & Business Support Specialist (Chinese / Malay / English)Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented trilingual specialist to provide full-range translation and business support for our Malaysia operations. You will be responsible for accurate Chinese-Malay-English written and oral translation, facilitate cross-border business communication, and assist with daily business coordination and localized content optimization, ensuring smooth and efficient collaboration between headquarters and local teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver precise, rigorous and unambiguous trilingual (Chinese, Malay, English) support covering written translation, on-site interpretation and live business communication, to guarantee barrier-free cross-border business collaboration.Handle translation of all official and business documents including product materials, manufacturing SOPs and corporate paperwork; complete translation, proofreading, polishing and archiving on schedule to ensure professional and standardized deliverables.Provide consecutive interpretation for online/offline meetings, business negotiations and client visits with local partners, clients and overseas teams; accurately convey both parties’ demands in real time to support business alignment, commercial negotiation and project rollout.Assist with daily business coordination for Malaysia region, including overseas information verification, correspondence reply and localized content adaptation; support the team in overseas market research, policy interpretation and public opinion information translation & compilation.Translate and refine localized content such as internal training materials, product documents and promotional assets, aligned with local language habits, cultural customs and industry standards to enhance content relevance and communication effectiveness.Build and update a Malay professional vocabulary and industry terminology database, continuously optimize translation standards, and support translation resource accumulation and work review to improve overall translation efficiency and quality.Fulfill other cross-border translation and overseas business administrative support tasks assigned by the supervisor.
