This role is primarily responsible for providing high-quality written and oral translation and interpretation services in Chinese, English, and German (or French), facilitating daily communication, business meetings, client interactions, and on-site project coordination. The position also requires accompanying senior management on international business trips and providing real‑time interpretation and language support in various commercial settings, including negotiations, conferences, and cooperation discussions. This position is ideal for candidates with exceptional multilingual communication skills, cross‑cultural adaptability, and the flexibility to travel frequently, who wish to build a long‑term career within the international environment of a state‑owned enterprise.ResponsibilitiesProvide accurate and professional oral interpretation (consecutive and liaison) and written translation for business documents, meeting materials, reports, and correspondence between Chinese, English, and German (or French).Accompany leaders on overseas business trips, delivering on‑site interpretation support during commercial negotiations, partner visits, international conferences, and project coordination.Support daily multilingual communication across teams and with external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and efficiency in cross‑language exchanges.Proofread and review translated materials to maintain consistency, accuracy, and cultural appropriateness.Assist in collecting and organizing publicly available industry and market information, and prepare brief summaries to contribute to the team’s strategic research activities.QualificationsLanguage Proficiency: C1 level or above in either German or French (German preferred); C1 level or above in both English and Chinese.Professional Competencies: Strong translation and interpretation skills, with the ability to convey technical and commercial content accurately and fluently. Majors in linguistics, translation, interpreting, or related fields are preferred.Work Capability & Professionalism: Ability to accommodate frequent international travel and flexible work schedules. Strong interpersonal and coordination skills, learning agility, and team collaboration spirit.
