Transport In-Charge – DubaiFull-Time | Salary: AED 8,000 – 10,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

Manage a fleet of 80 vehicles, including trucks and cars.Manage and supervise the company’s daily transport and fleet operations.Plan vehicle schedules, routes, driver assignments, pickups, and deliveries.Supervise drivers and ensure punctuality, discipline, and compliance with company policies.Monitor vehicle maintenance, servicing, insurance, registration, and documentation.Ensure all vehicles comply with UAE traffic laws, safety standards, and RTA regulations.Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle usage, GPS tracking, and transport-related expenses.Handle vehicle breakdowns, accidents, repairs, and other emergency situations.Maintain accurate records of vehicles, drivers, fuel, maintenance, fines, and expenses.Coordinate with garages, workshops, suppliers, and other transport service providers.Prepare regular reports on fleet performance, maintenance, and operational costs.

Requirements

Experience in transport, fleet management, or logistics, preferably in Dubai/UAE.Experience managing a large fleet of 80+ vehicles will be preferred.Good knowledge of Dubai roads and RTA regulations.Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple drivers and vehicles efficiently.UAE driving license is Mandatory.Interested candidates are requested to email their updated resume to careers@goldentower.org.
