Own the outcome.We're looking for a hands-on Transport Manager to take full ownership of our transport function and join the site leadership team. You'll run a nationwide operation of 60+ vehicles, manage an office team of 5, and have real influence over a business-critical part of the company.The roleRunning daily transport operations, hitting service, cost and compliance targetsLeading, coaching and developing your office team and driver workforceKeeping the fleet maintained, legal and compliant with O-Licence standards via approved service providersTracking performance, solving problems in real time and driving improvementActing as a key voice in the site leadership teamWith a mixed fleet of artics and rigids under an O-Licence.
