Job Summary The Fleet Executive/ Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing end-to-end fleet operations, transport planning, execution, and maintenance coordination to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and timely logistics operations. The role ensures optimal fleet utilization, high vehicle availability, and strong operational performance across all transport activities.Job Type: PermanentSalary: 5K to 7K AEDJob Location: JAFZAKey Responsibilities Fleet & Transport Operations Manage overall fleet operations including owned and outsourced vehiclesEnsure optimal utilization of fleet resources to meet operational requirementsMonitor daily transport execution and ensure on-time deliveriesOversee vehicle allocation, scheduling, and availability planningCandidates must have atleast 2-3 years of Logistics / Freight Forwarding experience of which atleast 1 year should be with exposure or working with trucking businessFleet & Transport Operations Manage overall fleet operations including owned and outsourced vehiclesEnsure optimal utilization of fleet resources to meet operational requirementsMonitor daily transport execution and ensure on-time deliveriesOversee vehicle allocation, scheduling, and availability planningPlanning & Execution Coordinate with planners and dispatch teams for route and load optimizationEnsure efficient trip allocation and execution of dispatch plansMonitor real-time operations and resolve execution issues promptlyDrive continuous improvement in transport efficiency and service levels
