Transportation Dispatcher

We are looking for Transportation Dispatchers to join our Operations – Transportation team in:📍 Jeddah📍 JubailKey Accountabilities:Schedule and assign drivers and trucks based on delivery timelines, load requirements, and route efficiencyMonitor daily dispatch activities and adjust plans in case of delays, urgent requests, or operational changesCoordinate with drivers, warehouse, customer service, and transportation teams to ensure smooth delivery executionTrack trips through TMS/GPS systems and maintain accurate dispatch and delivery recordsVerify trip sheets, delivery notes, driver logs, and related documentationMonitor vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, and delivery performanceEnsure compliance with company policies, transport regulations, and safety requirementsReport and escalate delays, incidents, resource shortages, and operational bottlenecksSupport shift handovers, vehicle maintenance coordination, and driver availability planningQualifications & Experience:Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field2–5 years of experience in dispatch coordination, trucking, or transportation operationsProficiency in TMS/dispatch systems, GPS tracking, and MS ExcelStrong organizational, communication, and multitasking skillsKnowledge of Saudi transport regulations, driver/vehicle compliance, and safety requirementsAbility to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic schedules
