Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to oversee daily transportation operations, lead frontline teams, and help build scalable processes in a rapidly evolving environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-growth setting, enjoys being deeply involved in day-to-day operations, and is comfortable leading both people and process execution.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily transportation operations ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable service deliveryLead dispatch, field staff, and supervisory teams to ensure operational consistencyDevelop and implement standardized processes to improve efficiency and scalabilityMonitor service performance, resolve operational issues, and respond to service disruptionsProvide coaching, guidance, and performance management to staff at multiple levelsSupport employee development while addressing performance issues when necessaryCollaborate with leadership to evaluate operational performance and drive improvementsAnalyze operational data and prepare reports for leadership reviewEnsure compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards, and internal policiesSupport coordination across dispatch, safety, maintenance, and administrative teams

Qualifications
