Transportation Sales manager

Company Description Viviana Transportation is seeking an experienced and dynamic Transportation Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives, develop strategic partnerships, and drive business growth across the UAE. If you have a proven track record in transportation or logistics sales and strong leadership skills, we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.Lead, mentor, and manage the transportation sales team.Identify and secure new corporate clients, contracts, and long-term business opportunities.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.Conduct client meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations.Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis.Collaborate with operations to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.Ensure the team consistently achieves monthly and annual sales KPIs.RequirementsMinimum 5+ years of UAE experience in transportation, logistics, freight, or fleet services sales.At least 2 years of experience managing a sales team.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Excellent leadership, negotiation, and business development skills.Strong network within the UAE transportation, logistics, or corporate sector is highly preferred.Valid UAE Driving Licence.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.Immediate joiners will be preferred.What We OfferCompetitive SalaryAttractive Performance-Based IncentivesCareer Growth OpportunitiesProfessional & Collaborative Work Environment
