Transportation VolunteerJob SummaryWe are looking for responsible and organized Transportation Volunteers to support the transportation and operations team during our exhibition. The volunteer will assist with coordinating transportation arrangements and ensuring the smooth movement of staff, guests, materials, and equipment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in coordinating transportation schedules for staff, VIPs, and event participants.Coordinate with drivers and transport service providers.Track vehicle schedules, pick-up and drop-off times.Assist with airport, hotel, venue, and exhibition transfers when required.Ensure drivers receive accurate locations and schedules.Maintain basic transportation records and schedules.Report delays, changes, or transportation issues to the operations team.Provide onsite support during exhibition days.Assist with other transportation and operational tasks as required.RequirementsGood communication and coordination skills.Responsible, punctual, and well-organized.Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes.Basic knowledge of Google Maps and Microsoft Office is an advantage.Professional and presentable manner.Previous experience is not required; exhibition/event experience is an advantage.Industry: Exhibitions & EventsPosition Type: Volunteer
