We arrange hotels, villas, chalets, private transfers, restaurants, experiences, yachts, private aviation and other travel services, with a strong focus on high-quality service, attention to detail and seamless client support.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Travel Advisor to join Jad Voyage on a part-time, freelance and remote basis.The role is highly client-facing and combines sales, travel planning, reservations and customer service.You will manage client enquiries from the first WhatsApp message through to confirmed bookings and assist clients throughout their travel experience.Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to client enquiries through WhatsApp Business
• Understand client preferences, budgets and travel requirements
• Recommend suitable hotels, villas, chalets and other travel services
• Manage reservations including accommodation, transfers, restaurants, experiences and other travel arrangements
• Follow up with potential clients and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
• Prepare and manage travel arrangements and itineraries
• Coordinate with hotels, suppliers and travel partners
• Handle booking changes and special client requests
• Support clients before, during and after their trips
• Maintain fast, professional and personalized communicationRequirements
• Previous experience in the travel industry
• Experience in luxury or high-end travel strongly preferred
• Strong sales experience and ability to convert enquiries into bookings
• Fluent Arabic and English required
• French is a strong advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable using WhatsApp Business and digital booking tools
• Able to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong international destination knowledge is an advantagePosition Details
