The agency aims to provide personalized service, tailored itineraries, and high-quality travel solutions for a diverse range of travelers.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Agent role based in Tirana. The Travel Agent will assist clients in planning and booking domestic and international trips, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, and tour packages. Responsibilities include managing reservations, preparing detailed travel itineraries, handling changes and cancellations, and ensuring accurate documentation. The role also involves providing responsive customer service, recommending destinations and travel options, and promoting agency offers to drive sales. The Travel Agent will collaborate with partners and suppliers, maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations and trends, and support smooth daily operations in the agency office.Qualifications Strong skills in reservations and travel arrangements, with the ability to coordinate flights, accommodations, tours, and related services.Customer service skills, including clear communication, problem-solving, and a client-focused approach.Experience or familiarity with car rental bookings and related travel services.Sales skills, with the ability to identify customer needs, present options, and close bookings effectively.Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines.Comfort with using booking systems, online travel platforms, and standard office software.Fluency in Albanian and good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.Previous experience in a travel agency or related hospitality/tourism role is preferred.Ability to work on-site in Tirana, collaborate with colleagues, and maintain a professional and inclusive work environment.
