By working closely with clients to understand their unique lifestyle needs, ILMC offers a broad range of tailored services designed to enhance comfort, convenience, and peace of mind.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Agent role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Travel Agent will be responsible for handling end-to-end travel arrangements for ILMC clients, including flight, hotel, and car rental bookings, and ensuring all reservations align with client preferences and budgets. Daily tasks include responding to travel inquiries, providing destination and itinerary advice, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of travel options, regulations, and promotions. The role also involves managing changes and cancellations, resolving travel-related issues, and coordinating closely with other concierge services to deliver a seamless lifestyle management experience. The Travel Agent will be expected to provide high-quality customer service, maintain accurate records, and support sales initiatives by recommending suitable services and travel packages.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong reservations and travel arrangements skills, including booking flights, hotels, and related services.Candidates should possess excellent customer service abilities, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and client satisfaction.Candidates should possess experience in car rental coordination and ground transportation planning for diverse client needs.Candidates should possess sales skills to recommend and upsell appropriate travel and concierge services.Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience as a travel agent or in hospitality, proficiency with travel booking systems and GDS platforms, strong communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages are a plus), attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and familiarity with travel regulations and visa requirements relevant to Dubai and international travel.
