We’re Hiring: Travel Agent (Amadeus GDS) – Night ShiftWe are looking for an experienced Travel Agent to join our team for the night shift. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Amadeus GDS and capable of handling end-to-end travel booking operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Handle flight reservations, reissues, cancellations, and refunds using Amadeus GDSManage domestic and international ticketingAssist clients with fare rules, schedules, and travel-related queriesResolve booking issues and provide excellent customer supportCoordinate with airlines and suppliers when requiredEnsure accuracy and compliance with company policies

Requirements

Proven experience working on Amadeus GDSGood knowledge of airline fares, routing, and ticketing rulesAbility to work independently during the night shiftStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and time management skillsPrior experience in a travel agency is preferred
