We value detail-oriented professionals who combine strong organization, research skills, and reliable administrative support.The RoleWe are seeking a proactive travel administration professional to support itinerary preparation, travel documentation, booking coordination, and travel-related administrative activities. You will help organize travel information, prepare clear itineraries, verify documentation, monitor reservations, and coordinate updates with relevant travel providers and stakeholders.This part-time, fully remote opportunity offers flexible working hours and exposure to international travel operations, itinerary management, booking systems, and travel documentation workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with preparing and updating domestic and international travel itineraries.Research flights, accommodation, transportation, transfers, activities, and other travel arrangements.Review travel schedules, booking details, fares, cancellation policies, and reservation requirements.Prepare travel itineraries, booking confirmations, vouchers, schedules, travel summaries, and supporting documents.Verify passenger names, travel dates, booking references, destinations, schedules, and other important travel information.Organize and maintain travel documents, reservations, confirmations, invoices, receipts, and related digital records.Coordinate with airlines, hotels, travel agencies, transportation providers, tour operators, and other travel partners.Assist with booking changes, cancellations, rebookings, schedule changes, and itinerary adjustments.Monitor pending reservations, documentation requirements, confirmations, and travel deadlines.Follow up with relevant stakeholders when information, documents, or confirmations are outstanding.Assist with identifying documentation gaps, inconsistencies, or incorrect booking information and coordinate corrections.Prepare travel summaries, itinerary reports, document checklists, and administrative updates where required.Identify opportunities to improve itinerary accuracy, document organization, booking workflows, and travel administration efficiency.RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in travel administration, itinerary coordination, reservations, documentation, hospitality, or a related function is preferred.Strong understanding of travel planning, itinerary preparation, reservations, travel documentation, and booking administration.Familiarity with GDS platforms, airline and hotel reservation systems, travel booking platforms, CRM tools, spreadsheets, and digital collaboration software.Excellent attention to detail when handling passenger information, booking references, dates, schedules, and travel documents.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple itineraries and deadlines.Strong research and information-verification skills.Good problem-solving abilities when handling booking changes, schedule disruptions, and documentation issues.Reliable, proactive, methodical, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.What We OfferFlexible part-time hours with a fully remote working arrangement.Competitive compensation aligned with experience and travel administration responsibilities.Exposure to international travel operations, itinerary management, booking platforms, and travel documentation.Opportunities to strengthen travel coordination, itinerary preparation, document management, and reservation administration skills.Professional development through hands-on involvement in travel operations and process improvement initiatives.A collaborative environment focused on accurate itineraries, organized documentation, efficient bookings, and continuous improvement.
