🌍 We're Hiring — Travel Consultant (Visas, Ticketing & Reservations)Bassil Travel — IATA-accredited travel agency in Jbeil (Byblos), Lebanon 📍 On-site · Full-timeWe're looking for an experienced, tech-savvy travel professional who can take a client from first enquiry to departure — visas, tickets and bookings — and who's comfortable using modern tools to work faster and smarter.What you'll doPrepare and follow up visa files (Schengen, UK, US, Canada, GCC) — checklists, appointments, client guidanceIssue, reissue and refund tickets on Amadeus and Travelport (Galileo)Book hotels, transfers, packages and travel insuranceHandle corporate and leisure clients end to endUse AI tools to speed up quotations, itineraries, client communication and document preparationCoordinate with airlines, consolidators and ground suppliersWhat we're looking forMinimum 3 years' experience in a travel agency in Lebanon — not an entry-level roleStrong command of both Amadeus and Travelport/Galileo — fares, pricing, reissuesExcellent English — written and spoken (client emails, supplier correspondence). Fluent Arabic; French is a plusGenuinely comfortable with technology — confident with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude and similar), online booking platforms, Excel and digital documents.
