The Travel Consultant will be responsible for assisting in travel arrangements, providing personalised travel consulting services, handling reservations, and delivering exceptional customer service, as well as general admin and telephone calls. The role involves daily interaction with clients to tailor travel experiences to their specific needs and ensure their trips are seamless and enjoyable.The role will be fully on site initially, after training is complete there is flexibility to work from home occasionally, if required. QualificationsProficiency in handling ReservationsCustomer Service skills with a focus on personalised experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a team oriented environmentAttention to detail and organisational skillsExperience in luxury travel or hospitality is a plus
