Team members are encouraged to provide professional, client-centered support and contribute to a culture of reliability and service excellence.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Travel Consultant will support clients with end-to-end travel planning, including researching destinations, preparing itineraries, and recommending suitable travel options based on budget and preferences. Daily tasks include managing travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, ground transportation, and activities, as well as handling reservations, changes, and cancellations. The role involves direct customer interaction to answer inquiries, provide travel advice, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless travel experience. The Travel Consultant will also maintain accurate records, follow company procedures, and collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver consistent, high-quality service.Qualifications Strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to advise clients and oversee complete travel plans.Experience with Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including booking flights, accommodations, and other services.Excellent Customer Service abilities, with a focus on communication, problem-solving, and client satisfaction.Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multiple itineraries and deadlines.Comfort working in an on-site environment and collaborating with team members and external partners.Proficiency with booking systems, travel platforms, and basic office software.Knowledge of travel regulations, documentation requirements, and regional destinations is an advantage.Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or related fields preferred; relevant diploma or degree is beneficial.
