Travel Sales Consultant Overview:We are looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team and assist clients in booking the perfect travel experiences. The ideal candidate should have at least 3+ years of experience in travel sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Communicate with potential clients to understand their travel needs and offer suitable packages.Provide detailed information on destinations, pricing, and itineraries.Handle inquiries via phone, email, and social media.Convert leads into confirmed bookings by guiding clients through the sales process.Maintain relationships with past clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth trip planning.Stay updated on travel trends, visa requirements, and competitor offerings.Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.Requirements:Minimum 3+ years of experience in travel sales or a related field.Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.Excellent communication in English (additional languages are a bonus).Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Knowledge of destinations, hotels, and travel services.Familiarity with booking systemsCRM tools is a must.
