The company values personalized service, careful planning, and safe, enjoyable journeys for every client.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in Kozhikode. The Travel Consultant will advise clients on travel options, itineraries, and accommodation based on their preferences and budget. Daily tasks include planning and booking flights, hotels, transport, and activities, as well as providing information about destinations, visas, and travel insurance. The role involves responding to inquiries in person, by phone, and online, maintaining accurate client records, and following up to ensure a smooth travel experience. The Travel Consultant will also collaborate with partners and vendors, support promotional campaigns, and contribute ideas to improve travel packages and services.Qualifications Strong customer service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and a client-focused approach.Ability to plan and organize detailed itineraries, manage multiple bookings, and handle time-sensitive tasks.Comfort using booking platforms, office software, and online research tools to compare travel options and prices.Knowledge of popular travel destinations, basic visa and travel documentation requirements, and safety considerations.Fluency in English; proficiency in local languages used in Kozhikode is an advantage.Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle last-minute changes or travel disruptions calmly.Diploma or degree in tourism, hospitality, business, or a related field is an advantage.
