BookMyTourNow is committed to helping travelers explore the world and fulfill their travel aspirations.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in Gurugram. The Travel Consultant will advise customers on domestic and international travel options, including holiday packages, flights, hotels, and transportation. Responsibilities include planning and managing travel itineraries, handling bookings and reservations, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring accuracy in documentation and payments. The role involves delivering responsive customer service, answering queries, resolving issues, and providing destination information to enhance the customer experience. The Travel Consultant will collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to secure competitive rates, maintain up-to-date product knowledge, and meet sales and service targets.Qualifications Strong Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills for advising clients and planning end-to-end itineraries.Experience with Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including flights, hotels, packages, and ground transport.Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle queries, manage expectations, and resolve issues professionally.Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations, visa requirements, and travel documentation.Proficiency in travel booking platforms, GDS or airline reservation systems is an advantage.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet sales and service goals.Relevant diploma or degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field preferred; prior experience in a travel agency or tour operations is a plus.
