Travel Consultant cum Marketing (Experience Preferred)Position Overview:We seek a highly motivated and knowledgeable Travel and Tour Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will assist clients in planning and organizing their travel itineraries, offering expert advice on destinations, accommodation, transportation, and activities to ensure a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.Key Responsibilities:Client Consultation:Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budget.Provide detailed information on various travel destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities.Itinerary Planning:Develop and customize travel itineraries based on client specifications.Ensure all arrangements align with clients' interests and budget constraints.Global visa Assistance:Global Visa Consultant providing end-to-end visa assistance for tourist, business, and visit visas across multiple destinations worldwide. Need to support clients with documentation, application filing, appointment scheduling, travel itineraries, insurance guidance, and follow-ups, ensuring a smooth and reliable visa process with high approval standards.Booking and Reservations:Handle all bookings for flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel services.Coordinate with travel service providers to secure the best deals and accommodations.Customer Support:Provide pre-trip advice and post-trip support, addressing any issues or concerns.Assist clients with travel documentation, including visas and travel insurance.Sales and Marketing:Promote travel packages and special deals to attract new clients.Maintain and grow a network of loyal clients through excellent customer service and relationship management.Administrative Duties:Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client interactions.Prepare travel documents and itineraries for clients.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role.In-depth knowledge of travel destinations, tourism trends, and travel logistics.Proficiency in Global visas consultation (Schengen, US, UK, Turkey, China, Japan, KSA, etc)Strong sales skills and the ability to close deals effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in travel booking systems and software.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business, or a related field is preferred.Skills:Customer service orientationSales and marketing acumenStrong negotiation skillsMultitasking and time-management abilitiesProblem-solving skillsSocial media & Digital marketing Skills (preferred)Knowledge of foreign languages (preferred but not mandatory)Benefits:Competitive salary and commission structureTravel discounts and perksOpportunities for professional developmentDynamic and supportive work environmentHow to Apply:Interested candidates should send their resume and a cover letter detailing their relevant experience and passion for travel to n.husain@greenwayadventures.comJoin our team and help clients create unforgettable travel experiences!
