As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for working with agents in planning and booking their client's tailormade travel arrangements in Vietnam, providing excellent customer service, managing travel itineraries, invoicing, handling reservations, and working closely with other stakeholders like operations, contracting, suppliers & more. This is primarily an office-based role in Ho Chi Minh City with flexibility for some remote work after probation.(English-speakers welcome to apply as well)QualificationsNative Fluency in Vietnamese, Professional level in French & English language (Additional Languages a plus!)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsTravel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements skillsCustomer Service and Reservations experienceAttention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasksFamiliarity with travel booking systems and softwareKnowledge of Vietnamese and Southeast Asian travel destinationsBachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field
