This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing end-to-end travel arrangements for clients or internal teams, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and itineraries. The Travel Manager coordinates with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to secure optimal rates and ensure smooth travel experiences. Daily tasks include handling travel inquiries, advising on travel options, resolving issues or disruptions, and maintaining accurate travel records and documentation. The role also involves supporting sales initiatives, promoting travel packages or services, and providing high-quality customer service to build lasting relationships.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Travel Management and Travel Arrangements skills, including itinerary planning and vendor coordination.Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to manage client interactions and resolve travel-related issues.Candidates should possess Sales skills to promote travel services, negotiate rates, and support revenue growth.Candidates should possess proficiency with travel booking systems, reservation platforms, and basic office software.Relevant experience in corporate or agency travel management and knowledge of travel regulations and documentation requirements.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines.Fluency in English; additional languages commonly used in the region are an advantage.Diploma or degree in Travel and Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
