Travel Security Manager

We are looking for an experienced Travel Security Manager to manage international travel security operations and provide comprehensive security support to employees traveling globally. The position is located in Dubai.Key ResponsibilitiesManage travel security operations, including travel risk assessment, secure transportation, traveler support and security briefings.Monitor security threats and changing country risk levels and determine appropriate mitigation and traveler support measures.Coordinate secure transportation and other physical security support for individual travelers, executives, groups and corporate events.Review security provider proposals, quotations and operational plans to ensure appropriate security standards, efficiency and cost effectiveness.Manage relationships with international security and transportation providers and monitor service quality and performance.Support emergency response, crisis management, evacuation and relocation operations, including development and implementation of contingency plans.Assess incidents affecting travelers, provide operational recommendations and escalate critical issues when required.Develop and maintain travel security policies, procedures, standards, risk assessment methodologies and mitigation measures.Prepare country risk assessments, pre-travel security advisories and other travel security information.Develop and deliver travel security awareness and training.Liaise with Client Security, management, travelers, event leads, local providers and other internal and external stakeholders.Support security planning for corporate events, group travel and high-risk or non-standard movements.Maintain operational records, analyse travel security data and provide management reporting.Contribute to continuous improvement of travel security processes, systems and emergency response capabilities.Requirements5+ years of relevant experience in Travel Security, Corporate Security, Crisis Management or international security operations.Demonstrated experience in travel risk management, secure transportation, emergency response and crisis management.Practical experience with evacuation/relocation planning and operations (as an advantage)Strong experience in security risk assessment, mitigation planning and vendor management.Experience working in a multinational and multi-country environment.Ability to independently assess risks and make operational decisions under pressure.Strong analytical, organisational, communication and stakeholder-management skills.Fluent professional English.Relevant university degree and/or recognised professional security qualifications are an advantage.
