Key Responsibilities
- Handle domestic & international air ticketing
- Manage reservations, re-issuance, cancellations & refunds
- Handle corporate travel requirements and last-minute bookings
- Work on GDS platforms such as Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre
- Coordinate with airlines, corporate clients and internal teams
- Ensure accurate and timely travel solutionsExperience: 2+ years in Corporate Ticketing2️⃣ Leisure Travel Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Handle domestic & international holiday enquiries
- Design customised itineraries based on client requirements
- Prepare quotations and holiday proposals
- Handle FIT & customised holiday bookings
- Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, transfers and other suppliers
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into bookings
