Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive, high-touch personal support across all aspects of the principal's day-to-day lifeManage an ever-changing personal calendar, appointments, and priorities with exceptional attention to detailCoordinate complex domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and trip logisticsPrepare residences ahead of the principal's arrival, ensuring each home is fully stocked, organized, and guest-readyCoordinate closely with household staff, executive support, security personnel, vendors, and external partners to ensure seamless operationsManage packing, unpacking, wardrobe logistics, and travel readinessAssist with family-related logistics, gifting, special occasions, and personal projectsHandle errands, purchases, reservations, and lifestyle requests with efficiency and discretionAnticipate the principal's needs, proactively identify solutions, and maintain a consistently high level of serviceMaintain absolute confidentiality while exercising sound judgment in high-profile and sensitive situationsPartner closely with other members of the support team to ensure seamless communication and execution across all areas of the principal's life
Requirements
Previous experience supporting a high-net-worth, ultra-high-net-worth, high-profile, founder, executive, or celebrity principal in a dedicated Personal Assistant capacityStrong personal support experience, with the ability to seamlessly navigate both home and office environmentsWillingness and ability to travel extensively, up to approximately 75%Exceptional organizational, project management, and logistical planning skillsOutstanding judgment, emotional intelligence, and the ability to read situations with discretion and professionalismService-oriented with a positive, no-task-too-small mentalityHighly polished, resourceful, and proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs several steps aheadExcellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a sophisticated support teamAbsolute discretion and commitment to confidentialitySchedule: Full-time position with flexibility required. This role requires extensive domestic and international travel (up to approximately 75% of the time) and the ability to work outside of traditional business hours as needed. While not traveling, the position is primarily based in the office and the principal's residences.Compensation: Up to $200K, excellent benefits, PTO, 401K, bonus
