Treasury & Finance Integration Lead | UAE | Contract

Contract until March 2027, with the option to extend for a further 2 years. Candidates with 2 weeks' notice or less are strongly preferred. Involved Solutions has partnered on an exciting greenfield build in the UAE, and we're hiring a Treasury & Finance Integration Lead to own the technical integration of the treasury platform with the surrounding bank landscape. This is a hands-on, build-phase technical role, not a product ownership or programme management position. Nothing exists yet, the chart of accounts, accounting rules, interface design, and data mappings are all being defined from zero. About the role:Own the integration landscape end to end: trade, accounting, cash, and static data flows between the treasury platform and every system it touchesOwn treasury-to-general-ledger posting: accounting event capture, sub-ledger treatment, chart of accounts mapping, journal generation, multi-entity and multi-currency treatmentOwn the flows to core banking: cash and settlement instructions, nostro and account movements, customer and account static data, limits and exposure feedsOwn market data and venue interfaces: rates, curves, and security static from data providers, and trade capture from execution venuesOwn the specifications and delivery lifecycle: data mappings, file and API contracts, batch sequencing against the end of day, error handling and replay, BRD/PRD sign-off, vendor coordination, and steering committee reportingDesign the reconciliation and control framework: sub-ledger to GL balancing, suspense and break management, daily and period-end controls agreed with Finance and Operations About you:Has integrated or implemented a Finance and Treasury system stack at a commercial bank, bank-side or through an implementation partnerHolds the whole integration map, not a single interface: ERP/GL, treasury management system, core banking, market data, and payments, togetherUnderstands treasury accounting for FX, money markets, derivatives, and fixed income, and how each lifecycle event lands in the booksComfortable reading a data mapping and challenging an integrator directly; does not need to code, but needs to work at that level of technical detailHas run a BRD/PRD process end to end with field-level data mappings, across Finance, Treasury, Ops, Risk, and Tech10+ years' experience, with delivery in a build environment (something defined from zero, or a major re-platform), not only in run/BAU
