Location: Iraq Department: Treasury & Investment Company: Region Trade Bank for Investment and Finance (RT Bank)About the RoleRegion Trade Bank is seeking a highly analytical and motivated professional to join our Treasury & Investment Department as a Deputy Treasury & Investment Manager.

This role is ideal for banking professionals with experience in treasury operations, liquidity management, foreign exchange activities, and regulatory compliance.The successful candidate will support the Treasury & Investment Manager in managing the Bank's treasury activities and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while contributing to effective liquidity and risk management practices.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the daily management of Treasury & Investment Department activities.Monitor liquidity, cash flow, and foreign currency positions.Assist in executing and monitoring FX and treasury transactions.Follow up on RTGS, Central Bank of Iraq transactions, and treasury operations.Prepare and review treasury, liquidity, and regulatory reports.Support compliance with treasury policies and regulatory requirements.Coordinate with internal departments, branches, and regulatory authorities.Act on behalf of the Treasury & Investment Manager when delegated.Contribute to risk management, internal controls, and segregation of duties.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Banking, Business Administration, Financial Management, Public Administration, Banking Sciences, or a related field.Minimum 2-3 years of banking or financial sector experience, preferably in Treasury, Finance, or Foreign Exchange.Strong understanding of treasury operations, liquidity management, FX transactions, RTGS, and money market activities.Knowledge of Central Bank of Iraq regulations and reporting requirements.Strong analytical, numerical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and professional judgment.High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.Strong communication and coordination skills.Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and banking systems.Good command of English and Arabic; Kurdish is an advantage.Why Join RT Bank?At RT Bank, we are building the future of banking in Iraq.
