قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجOur client, a growing hedge fund is looking to hire a Treasury Analyst into its Abu Dhabi office, providing key coverage across APAC and EMEA trading hours. The position will offer a strong total comp figure for the right candidate.This is a broad, hands-on role spanning treasury, trade support, execution and operational infrastructure. Working closely with investment teams and global treasury colleagues, the successful candidate will take ownership of regional liquidity requirements, FX hedging, margin management and cash forecasting, while contributing to the continued development of the firm's financing and margin infrastructure.The position offers significant autonomy and would suit someone comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced trading environment.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute and book FX transactions across spot, forwards and swaps to manage currency exposures and funding requirements.Monitor multi-currency cash positions, identifying potential funding shortfalls and ensuring liquidity is available ahead of relevant market and settlement cut-offs.Review and manage margin requirements across APAC and EMEA, supporting collateral decisions and ensuring cash and eligible securities are available when required.Take ownership of swap compression and optimisation processes, including coordination with external platforms and management of compression cycles.Support the development and enhancement of margin, financing and capital models used across the investment platform.Manage booking, settlement and lifecycle events for government bonds, Treasuries and other trading activity as required.Work closely with prime brokers, clearing brokers, dealers and other external counterparties, acting as a key regional point of contact.Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes, controls and automation as the platform continues to develop.Experience & SkillsApproximately 5+ years' experience within treasury, trade support, trader assistant or middle-office functions gained within a hedge fund, investment bank, asset manager or similar trading environment.Strong understanding of front-to-back trade processes across multiple asset classes, ideally including FX, rates, equities, futures and swaps.Hands-on experience executing FX transactions would be particularly valuable.Good understanding of cash management, margin, collateral and funding within a trading environment.Knowledge of APAC and EMEA market conventions, settlement processes and regional cut-off requirements.Experience with cleared and bilateral derivatives and an understanding of the associated margin processes.Exposure to swap compression and optimisation processes, potentially including platforms such as LCH SwapClear and TriOptima.Working knowledge of key trading and financing documentation including ISDA, CSA and GMRA agreements.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.Advanced Excel skills are essential, with Python, SQL and Bloomberg experience advantageous.
