LVMH P&C Middle East oversees an area of 47 countries in the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and India with subsidiaries and agents’ structures. YOUR MISSIONThe purpose of the role is to support Treasury and Credit Management Team with critical day to day operational tasks along with month end reporting.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESOperation Day to Day Activities:Assisting with daily cash positioning and bank reconciliationPreparing weekly credit reports highlighting overdues and risk exposureTracking credit card applications, cancellations, credit limit requirementsMinutes and follow up post Weekly AR Meetings with the brandsEnsuring compliance with treasury & credit management policies and internal controlsMaintaining documentation for audits and internal reviewsContribute to ad hoc projects and process improvements Month End Activities:Extracting and consolidating required reports from the local ERP and LVMH systems Supporting on the preparation of the Cash Flow Forecasting and Treasury reportsSupporting on the corporate card reports Collecting required information for DSO CalculationPROFILEA bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is often preferredOrganized and detail-oriented, able to multitask by managing deadlines A dynamic and proactive personality, with strong communication skills Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and most particularly Excel Must be fluent in English
