The company’s journey began with the production of UHT milk, yoghurt, feta and kashar cheeses, and today continues with a portfolio of over 300 product varieties ranging from uf feta cheese and crusted yoghurt to desserts and kefir.With its motto “Look at the Bright Side of Life,” İçim holds a leading position in Turkey’s branded dairy products market.We are currently looking for a Treasury and Risk Executive reporting to Treasury Manager.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering; master’s degree is a plus,5–8 years of relevant experience in corporate treasury, banking, financial markets prefarably in fmcg company,Good knowledge of foreign exchange products, money market instruments, deposits, borrowing, hedging concepts and banking operations,Broad understanding of treasury, financial risk and working capital management,Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and communicate practical recommendations,Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, experience with SAP and treasury management or market information systems is preferred,Fluent in English.JOB DESCRIPTIONExecute and monitor daily foreign exchange, money market, deposit, borrowing and hedging transactions in line with approved limits and treasury policies.Follow local and global financial markets, interest rates, foreign exchange developments and macroeconomic indicators; translate market movements into clear recommendations.Manage bank quotations and transaction execution, ensuring competitive pricing, appropriate documentation and timely settlement.Support the management of the company’s foreign exchange, interest rate, liquidity and counterparty risks; monitor exposures, limits and hedge effectiveness.Contribute to short- and medium-term cash flow forecasting, working capital management, liquidity planning and funding decisions, and support working capital performance by monitoring key drivers and coordinating improvement actions with controlling, accounting, procurement, sales and other business teams.Maintain and develop effective relationships with local and international banks and other financial institutions.Prepare regular treasury, exposure, risk, market and working capital reports for local management and Group Treasury, highlighting key risks, opportunities, performance trends and proposed actions.Ensure compliance with internal treasury policies, delegated authorities, segregation-of-duties principles, banking documentation and relevant regulatory requirements.Support treasury projects, process improvements, digitalisation and automation initiatives, including enhancements to treasury systems, reporting tools and controls.Act as a reliable back-up across broader treasury activities and provide guidance to specialists when needed, without direct people-management responsibility unless assigned.
