Treasury Manager

Key Responsibilities:Coordinate large-scale business transformation and integration projects across multiple business functions.Support project planning, governance, milestone tracking, risk management, and executive reporting.Gather and document business requirements while working closely with business and technology teams.Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, defect tracking, and implementation activities.Prepare management dashboards, project status reports, meeting minutes, and governance documentation.Work closely with stakeholders across Business, IT, Operations, Risk, Finance, Compliance, and Legal.Support business process improvements, automation initiatives, and digital transformation programs.Ensure regulatory, compliance, operational, and governance requirements are incorporated throughout project delivery.Required Skills & Experience:4 to 8 years of experience within the banking industry.Experience in Treasury, Global Markets, Treasury Operations, Business Management, PMO, Project Coordination, or Business Analysis.Understanding of Treasury products, banking operations, and Global Markets processes.Experience supporting banking technology or transformation projects.Strong knowledge of project governance, stakeholder management, and business process documentation.Hands-on experience with UAT coordination, project reporting, and requirement gathering.Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.Preferred Experience:Exposure to Treasury platforms such as Calypso, Finacle, or Payment Hub.Experience supporting international banking projects or business transformation initiatives.Knowledge of governance, operational risk, and regulatory processes within banking.
